We’ve had a long-standing partnership with Luxoptica, with over 130 implemented projects across Ukraine. But this one was truly special.

This time, the client entrusted us with a critical task — to construct a facility that would ensure not only comfort, but most importantly, safety for employees amid war and ongoing shelling.
The project’s primary focus was the construction of a bomb shelter designed to accommodate 200 people, including 140 workstations. The shelter is fully equipped for extended stays, meeting all essential needs.

In addition, our team built two floors of office space that combine functionality, comfort, and safety — providing a secure and efficient environment for the staff.
This project became a significant milestone for us, as we implemented a capital construction solution that meets the highest standards of both safety and comfort.
