The Pechersk Centre offices came with a unique challenge — delivering over 2,000 m² of fully equipped office spaces in just six weeks.
What made this project stand out?
- Six out of ten floors were already operational.
- Each floor had a different tenant.
- And each tenant had their own design, layout, and specific demands.
Coordinating multiple clients, teams, and timelines within one active business center was no small task. But this project became more than just a test of speed — it was a testament to our ability to adapt, collaborate, and implement high-quality solutions under pressure.
